We only book for full weeks during the summer. All check-ins and outs happen on Fridays.

- $1800/week which includes cleaning and taxes

Deposit and Payment-
An $900 deposit (partially refundable) is required to hold your reservation. The balance of your payment including your damage deposit is due 60 days before your rental begins.
Cancellation-
If you need to cancel your reservation, the deposit and rental fees will be refunded as follows:
- 90% if cancelled 90 days prior to the Check-in Date
- 75% if cancelled 60 days prior to the Check-in Date
- 50% if cancelled 30 days prior to the Check-in Date
Insurance-
We carry owner’s insurance however we encourage all guest to check with their insurance agent to make sure their belonging are insured. Our insurance will not cover you if you drop you lose your engagement ring while swimming.
Damage Deposit-
We require all guests to provide a $300 damage deposit. The damage deposit is due 60 days before your rental begins. If you cancel any time prior to check-in, the deposit will be 100% refunded. The deposit is for security and will be refunded within 14 days of the checkout provided no deductions are made due to damage to the property or furnishings, dirt or other mess requiring excessive cleaning or any other excessive cost incurred due to Guest’s stay. If the premises appear dirty or damaged upon check-in guests must inform us immediately.
